HOW WE DELIVER FURNITURE
The Vero store carries out deliveries only in Poland. Personal collection of placed orders is not possible. We carry out shipments through a specialized transport company dealing with the supply of furniture.
The cost of delivery is automatically indicated on the order card.

DELIVERY TIME:
We process orders from 3 working days to 10 weeks from the moment of confirming the acceptance of the order for execution, depending on the availability of the selected assortment, indicated on the card of each product.
DELIVERY HOURS:
Deliveries are made on working days from 8.00 to 20.00. The exact date and time of delivery are agreed individually between the transport company and the Consumer.
Attention! It is possible to change the delivery date agreed with the transport company for a fee. To do this, contact the transport company and agree to change the scheduled delivery date. The cost of changing the agreed delivery date is PLN 200.
If the goods are not collected during the delivery attempt, the goods will be returned to the seller.
Please pay special attention to the width of the staircase and entrance doors as well as the dimensions of the furniture in its destination, as the Seller is not responsible for the inability to bring the furniture.
